You acknowledge that the content you generate may be stored and processed on servers located in various countries around the world.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any content generated using our platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on our platform. Please note that termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
Subscriptions to our service may be cancelled by the user after an initial commitment period of 30 days. During this period, subscribers are committed to the service and cannot cancel their subscription. After the initial 30 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process outlined on our platform.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.
All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. A refund of credits is only available if a submission is provably flagged as less than 75% human on a reputable AI detector. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the incident, and proper evidence must be provided to support the claim for a refund.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of our service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, AI2Human.ai, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the use of our service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AI2Human.ai, its affiliates, and service providers harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI2Human.ai regarding the use of our platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
